First of all the Greenlee Tourism Association (GGTA) sends you and yours best wishes for a peaceful, safe and Merry Christmas. And there are several holidays celebrated around the world as the end of 2024 becomes history. And on that note please accept our warmest wishes for a safe and peaceful Christmas and all those celebrations that always come too soon (or not quickly enough).

So what is hiding in plain sight? Our rivers, our mountains, valleys, trails, rockhounding, hunting, fishing exploring the past and seeing these wonders in person.

With so many events and activities taking place over the next few weeks it pays to tap your brakes – slow down – and do something healthy for yourself. Needs ideas? Then please take a closer look at the December 2024 Issue of Discover Greenlee.

Each month Discover Greenlee publishes advance notice about activities coming up in our neighborhood. Sometimes it is difficult to decide where to go and what to see – and that is exactly why our Tourism Association is hard at work for you, your neighbors, family, etc.

As we race towards our organizational anniversary, we thank all of you members, sponsors and volunteers. Our origin seems like it occurred yesterday rather than our action steps that helped establish this amazing organization in2010, deciding to become a non-profit organization to serve Greenlee County and our surrounding neighbors in  Apache,Graham, Cochise and New Mexico.

We encourage you to become a member of the GTA and take part in the exciting annual events and some new events coming in 2025.

As always please share this message with family and friends– invite them to go to our website: www.visitgreenleecounty.com

With grateful appreciation to you all,
