The final report will outline a coordinated San Francisco River Revitalization Plan with Consultants providing planning information on Trails and Access to River. Recreational opportunities in regards to Trails and River Access will be suggested to increase local quality of life and Tourism.
Business and dwelling unit development within the flood plain provided by others will be part of the Plan. Consultants may work individually or together to complete the project.
