Scenic Touring Loops

Hairpin turns and over 200 switch-backs to thrill travelers. If that’s not enough to get your blood pumping, this stretch of highway has mostly no guardrails as it winds along cliffs. Designated a National Scenic Byway and rated one of the best motorcycle roads in Arizona, sightseers and thrill-seekers alike love “The Trail”. Breathtaking scenery from desert to mountain landscapes, not unlike traveling US 191 Mexico to Canada can be admired Spring to Fall as a day trip or weekend getaway. Complete your loop on AZ 78, rated the ninth best motorcycle road in Arizona, traveling through Greenlee’s Coal Creek and Blackjack area for the “Grand-daddy” of all loops can be checked off your “Bucket List”. You’ll want to take a run “up The Trail” year after year.
